RGA Restocking policy

All products purchased from Pierdeco Design Inc. are subject to a 25% restocking fee upon return to our warehouse. To qualify for a refund, all returned merchandise must be received in original, pristine condition, suitable for immediate resale. This includes the product itself as well as its original packaging, which must remain intact and undamaged.

Please be advised that any items returned in a condition that does not meet these professional standards may be subject to one of the following:

- Refusal of the return and subsequent shipment back to the sender at their expense.

- Additional processing fees, deducted from the final credit, to account for necessary refurbishment or repackaging.

We appreciate your cooperation in ensuring that returned goods are handled with care to maintain the quality of our inventory.

 

Exclusions and Final Sales

Please note that certain items are strictly non-returnable and are considered final sales. These include:

- Products labeled as "Special Order."

- tems not typically held in our regular inventory (e.g., special colors or non-standard configurations and dimensions).

- Custom-made or made-to-measure products tailored to specific requirements.
