At Pierdeco Design, we are dedicated to providing exceptional, luxury bathroom fixtures, shower columns, porcelain, and furniture crafted from the highest quality materials on the market. To maintain the integrity of our high-end European and Canadian-designed brands, we adhere to a transparent and consistent pricing framework across all online channels and authorized retail showrooms.

1. Currency and Local Market Pricing

  • Default Currency: All prices displayed on our official website (pierdeco.design) are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless specified otherwise. Prices displayed on www.pierdeco.design are for reference only; official price lists prevail.

  • Regional Taxes & Duties: Displayed prices do not include local, provincial, or federal sales taxes (such as GST/HST/QST) or shipping fees. These will be calculated and displayed during the final checkout or custom quotation process.

2. Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) Policy

To support our network of over 150+ accredited retail showrooms across Canada and Europe, Pierdeco Design enforces a strict Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) policy.

  • Authorized Resellers: All retail partners, showrooms, and third-party distributors are required to adhere to our established MAP guidelines on all collections (including AquaMassage, Palazzani, Salgar, Azzurra, Aquamobilia, AeT Italia, and Linki).

  • Violations: Advertising our premium products below the designated MAP threshold on any public digital platform, print ad, or marketplace is strictly prohibited and may result in the temporary or permanent suspension of dealer ordering privileges.

3. Product Variances and Customization Pricing

Many of our products feature highly specialized customization options. Please note that pricing fluctuates based on specific configurations:

  • Finishes: Premium finishes—such as Brushed Steel, Matte Black, Satin Gold, or custom marbled porcelain—carry a surcharge relative to standard polished chrome or gloss white finishes.

  • Components: Components sold as separate or upgraded packages (e.g., shower columns ordered with specific multi-function rain heads vs. faucet-only configurations) will be priced dynamically based on selection.

4. Price Adjustments and Corrections

While we strive for absolute accuracy, errors in product descriptions, imagery, or pricing may occasionally occur.

  • Right to Refuse: Pierdeco Design reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or adjust any orders placed for products listed at an incorrect price due to typographical, system, or vendor feed errors.

  • Order Cancellation: If your credit card or account has already been charged for a purchase containing a pricing error, Pierdeco Design will immediately issue a full refund to your original payment method and notify you of the cancellation.

5. Sales, Promotions, and Past Seasons

  • Promotional Discretion: Pierdeco Design occasionally runs promotional events or offers marked-down rates on specific items or "Past Seasons" inventory.

  • Price Protection: We do not offer retroactive price matching or price protection. If an item you purchased goes on sale after your order configuration is completed and processed, the original price remains final.

6. Wholesale and Trade Pricing

Architects, interior designers, contractors, and hospitality developers may qualify for specialized trade pricing.

  • To receive a commercial project quotation, please contact our Montreal headquarters directly or submit a commercial inquiry via our portal. Trade discounts cannot be combined with public retail promotions.

— Shipping & Return Policy

Because we distribute premium, high-end European and Canadian bathroom fixtures, vanities, and porcelain, our products require specialized logistics handling. This policy ensures that your luxury design investments arrive safely, efficiently, and with full transparency regarding returns.

1. Shipping & Delivery Framework

We categorize our shipments based on item size and fragility to guarantee the safest method of transport.

A. Small Items (Parts, Faucets & Accessories)

  • Carriers: Shipped primarily via standard parcel networks like Canada Post, UPS, Purolator, or FedEx.

B. Large & Oversized Items (Shower Columns & Medium Fixtures)

  • Larger items like our signature shower columns and larger hardware configurations require extra-reinforced packaging. They are shipped securely via expedited parcel carriers to protect their specialized finishes. They are excluded from standard free shipping promotions.

C. Fragile, Palletized & Custom Freight (Vanities & Porcelain)

  • Pallet Shipping: Heavy or highly fragile items—including vanities, custom bathroom furniture modules, and delicate porcelain—cannot be sent via standard couriers. These are strictly shipped on a skid via freight to minimize handling risks.

  • Freight Rates: Standard shipping rates do not apply to freight orders. For a tailored freight shipping quote, please contact our logistics team directly at info@pierdeco.com before finalizing your purchase order.

  • Local Showroom Pickup: To waive shipping fees entirely, customers or dealers are highly encouraged to arrange local dock pickup at our main warehouse facility located in Mascouche, Quebec.

2. Mandatory Receiving & Inspection Protocol

Given the premium nature of luxury plumbing and porcelain, transit damage is rare but possible. You must inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival.

  • 3-Day Reporting Window: Any physical damage, scratches, scuffs, or missing components caused during transport must be reported to Pierdeco Design customer service within 72 hours or three (3) calendar days of delivery.

  • Proof Required: Claims for shipping damage must include digital photographs and/or video of the exterior packaging, inner protections, and the affected item itself.

  • Installed Items: Once a product has been installed, Pierdeco Design cannot accept any damage or transit-related claims. Installation implies acceptance of the physical condition of the product.

3. Return Policy Guidelines

If a product does not meet your project requirements or you accidentally ordered an incorrect configuration, we are here to assist you through the return process.

  • 15-Day Return Window: You may request a return for a refund within 15 days of the original delivery date.

  • Condition Criteria: To qualify for a return, the product must be completely unused, uninstalled, and in its original, unblemished retail packaging with all original accessories, hardware, and installation manuals intact.

  • Restocking & Damage Fees: Returned items undergo rigorous inspection at our facility to verify re-sellable condition. A 10% to 25% restocking fee could be deducted from your final refund if the item is returned with missing components, minor damage, or compromised structural packaging.

  • Return Shipping Costs: The customer or dealer is responsible for all return shipping costs and logistics arrangements. We highly recommend utilizing a trackable, insured shipping method; Pierdeco Design is not liable for items lost or broken on their return journey to us.

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team within 15 days of receiving your order. You can reach us via email to service@pierdeco.com, and our friendly representatives will guide you through the process.
  2. Provide your order number and a detailed explanation of the reason for the return. This information will help us understand your needs and provide the best possible solution.
  3. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to proceed.
  4. Package the product securely, including all original packaging materials and accessories. All products must be returned in their original packaging. Make sure to include the return authorization number on the package.
  5. Ship the product back to us using a reliable shipping method. We recommend using a trackable service to ensure the safe delivery of your return.

4. Final Sale & Non-Returnable Items

Certain products featured on pierdeco.design are entirely excluded from our standard return framework and cannot be refunded:

  • Liquidation & Clearance Items: Items listed on pierdeco.design as clearance, final sale, or with a markdown of 30% or greater are considered final sale. These "as-is" items are backed by a limited two (2) year warranty against internal manufacturing defects but cannot be returned for credit or aesthetic preferences.

  • Custom Order Finishes: Fixtures or components ordered with custom, non-standard boutique finishes (e.g., custom matte finishes, specialty PVD golds, or bespoke products) are manufactured to order and are non-returnable.

 

1.Submit a Request:Within 15 Days.

Email our service department at service@pierdeco.com or use our web service portal. Provide your original invoice or order number, along with a detailed explanation for the return.

2.Receive Return Authorization (RA):Do not skip.

Once reviewed, our team will issue an official Return Authorization (RA) number along with detailed return address instructions. Packages sent to our Mascouche warehouse without an active RA number clearly marked on the exterior will be refused at the dock.

3.Securely Package and Ship:Tracked & Insured.

Carefully repackage the product into its original box, ensuring all protective foam layers are in place to prevent shipping damage. Ship the parcel or skid via a reliable, trackable service.

4.Inspection and Refund:Within 5 Business Days.

Upon receiving the package, our team will inspect the item. If it meets our quality standards, a refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 business days (minus any applicable restocking or outbound shipping fees).
