No/low pressure or temperature issues on Aquamassage shower column

This problem is normally caused by a poor cold or hot water supply caused by kink or twist, dirt blocking the flexible supply lines or non-original flexible speedways installed. We recommend inspecting the flexible water supply lines behind the shower column and/or flushing the faucet and supply lines by following the instructions below. 


  1. Shut off the main water line of the house. 
  2. Remove the shower column from the wall by raising it approximately 2 inches (5cm) to access the stainless steel hot and cold water supply pipes. Check the flexible water supply lines for any kink or twist which could lower the pressure.

If a kink or twist is visible, make sure to eliminate the kink and reinstall the shower column. (Turning on the main water of the house will help straighten the flexible pipes) If the different temperature settings are available and pressure is good, the problem is solved, if you still have problems, continue to step 3. 

  1. Disconnect the stainless steel supply hoses from the wall and make sure there is no debris at the supply inlet. (Make sure the main water of the house is shut off before doing this operation)
  2. Disconnect the stainless steel supply to the brass shower column faucet and ensure that the check valves (backflow preventer valves) move smoothly and are free of dirt. (Replacing the original flat connection hoses for beveled connection hoses, can damage the check valves)
  3. While the shower column is disconnected from the wall, turn on the main water of the house for 5 seconds and reinstall the shower column afterwards.
